This has to do with the logical structures of quantities that are easily understood by the human mind, as well as the logic of tens and their exponents as well as the logic of the orbit of celestial bodies and the revolution of the earth around the sun that like a giant clock counts decades centuries & millenia. This also has to do with the logic behind the actual amount of numbers that were given or invented in perfect wisdom with that particular system of counting: Digits 0-9.
